I know some part of you wonders if you’re every going to actually be that person who not only flows with ALLLLLLL the things she sees inside of her finally working, but who is also at peace, in joy, in CERTAINTY, finally, that she’s there.

I know that at times you think that surely if you WERE ever gonna get to that sweet spot where you can look around and say you DID the thing, except this time you don’t have any gnawing sense of ‘but’, you would have already got there.

And I KNOW that even though YOU know better you do still look at others who are walking THEIR path boldly, with grace, with certainty, and with overflow spilling out of every pore not to mention gushing behind in their wake, there is a teeny voice in your head wondering if she DOES have something you don’t have, maybe never will have, and maybe,

just maybe,

you made the whole thing up or you’re just somehow stuck in not quite there land and that is what YOU get.

I KNOW these things, and about 11 gajillionty more of them, because I have spent decades now mentoring and coaching the 1% within the 1% truly DRIVEN person, who in a literal sense IS coded differently, and not only that but she RELENTLESSLY seeks and values purpose and alignment above so-called success except what’s that now?

She flat out knows she can have it all.

No, not some 2018 narcissistic boss babe look at me ‘all’.

But the fullness.
Of the vision.
Put inside of her.
By God.

Except actually MORE, because she also knows that God is the God of more than you could ask, think, know, or imagine, and what is in her?

Is for ASSIGNMENT.

I have privately walked with HUNDREDS of the most successful women in the online coaching world, as well as in other industries and worlds, both on and offline.

Wealthy.
GODLY.
Aligned.

Had ever graduated from being human.

Meaning?

Just this morning on the first zoom meeting for The Leader Switch, God brought about a COMMISSIONING for those already in and those who are right now being called in, which was all around the fact that the waiting or wilderness season relevant to your calling is DONE.

He robed and CROWNED us live, by His Spirit, with a prophetic prayer and decree I had NO idea was about to come outta my mouth as I’d barely hit record when next minute things went zero to a hundred and then some!

Talk about confirmation of what I’d already been saying! Which is that this 6-8 weeks together (6 you and me, 1:1, but I always add more!) is going to be one of intensification, supernatural multiplication, and an all in all speeding up of everything God has already shown you plus a lot more to boot!

I have spent years knowing that the gift inside of ME causes women who work with me at this level to see more occur in 6 weeks than what has in the past year or even two. And that was BEFORE my work was rightly rooted in God, because it was gifting from Him!

Now what I am doing is Holy Spirit downloaded, God ordained, exactly where I am NEEDED in this season, and oh my gosh thank you Jesus exactly where I want to be, right here with you!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE working with born LEADERS to call them further into who they already are, and yep I love putting my boot to your butt on going harder faster deeper more relentlessly into what is already in you now! The fact that I get to do that in and with and from and to God?

This is the work I was born for.
This is the work I ADORE.
This is the work I have always been about, holding you to the fire of what it IS meant to be for you and imparting whatever is NEEDED to you such that all of a sudden THEN YOU JUST DO.
