And the obviously made up ones. (Which can also feel quite valid, and therefore become quite valid, if we give them that right!)
The reality of successful people, and you KNOW I mean truly successful folks, from alignment, right assignment, purpose, and the passion and flow GOD put inside of ‘em is … they really do do it anyway.
YEAH there is grace and that – God’s power and leading and strategy – is always ‘the’ core thing to get us anyplace, because if He said it it’s happening, but also?
There is discipline.
There is habit.
There is the fact you decided to just do it SCARED, do it when it’s HARD, do it when you don’t FEEL like it, do it when you don’t know how, and definitely definitely definitely do it when every part of your trauma and pain and also counterfeit-inspired identity is SCREAMING at you that you can’t.
The reality is you DO gotta do the soul healing.
You MUST find the right support (I’d just ask God to sort out both of these for you and bring the right specialist peeps, also books, scripture obvs, podcasts, etc!).
But there is actually no law – I don’t know if you know this, but it’s true – that you can’t still DO the thing even while getting your inner and past stuff dealt with.
I mean … were you thinking that you’re gonna one day get to the place where everything that could or even should be addressed within you has been, and so then you can live on purpose?

One I’ve lived with as my companion for so many years, and so I’ll give myself the leeway to assume that yes I DO know what it’s like to know so deeply that you’re called for more and to feel so truly that you can’t today.

But Jesus is holding out His hand right now to you, calling you as His child, and saying come. See what I’ve prepared for you already. Ask me. Ask what I’ve fashioned for you this DAY already. Take the first step anyway. And then another. And the next. And by my Spirit I will lead you. Cloak you. Favour you. Protect you. And cause what I put in you to MULTIPLY,
because you finally said yes.
