Where destiny is found

Your destiny isn’t unlocked in the rich, in the roar, in the massive rumbling of a stadium filled audience God has brought you before and His PRESENCE,

is weighing.

It’s also not in the hype, the big YES, the ‘let’s do it all at once girl, and then some’.

Destiny isn’t found in the huge manifest outcome, which we so often try and get to, grab hold of, or simply make our day to day focus to speak of, think on, pray on.

Which is not to say that any of those things are outside of the path of destiny we are here to walk, grab hold of, press in on, put a DEMAND on, take territory for the Kingdom on, of course not!

But the truth about destiny, and where it’s found? Where it’s BUILT? Where it comes from being a thing to call into being to being a thing now flourishing tender green shoots, the first fruit of the BIG thing which in God will just.keep.biggening?

Destiny is found in the still.

In the quiet.

In the silent exhale.

In the steadying of breath. Of posture. And of gaze.

As once again you look to He who created you and you say yes.

Yes Lord, yes.

I will do this thing again.

I will pick up my feet again.

I will say yes again to TODAY’s work.

I will write the message I’m scared to write.

I will create the video or piece to help somebody.

I will say the thing stirring in me, not because I think that if I do this enough! For enough times over! In just the right purrrrrfeecccct shiny way! A big thing will happen and I’ll finally be living the life I’m here for! But because in the end it is as simple as I can’t not and so I must.

Destiny is your life is here there and everywhere and yet you still say yes to this breath, this moment, this next how which you barely even realised you knew to how with.

Destiny is you’ve no idea if you’re ready. But yet zero part of you can any longer justify the call away for another day.

Destiny is you’re actually just over all of it sometimes! Because maybe you’ve been around these here online messaging parts for a minute or seventy-gajillion of ‘em, and maybe you’re just done, need a break, need a mini mid-life retirement moment, and what if it’s even that season for GOOD now, time for a whole new thing!

But yet here you still are.

And here your message still is.

And here you are KNOWING.

That you can run for 1000 years in God’s time or a blink of an eye in yours and you will STILL be this person with this call for those people and it’s NOT,

gonna leave.

Destiny is knowing it actually is time. Right now. The call needs to be answered. Right now. You’re no longer in wilderness. Break time is over, and man did some breaking get done!

And NOW WE GO TO WAR, but NO we don’t try and be at the climax, the height, the bit where the land has been took and we see ALL that God did in and through us over those years because, well – 

because this is the bit where you start walking forward onto that land.

Truly.

Intentionally.
With CERTAINTY.

And by the power of the Spirit in you.

Called one –

It is time to not falter.

It is time to stand tall.

It is time to draw breath again.

It is time to come out of shadows God hasn’t put you in.

It is time to say yes to the WHISPER of His call, 

which builds within you as a roar,

yet at the same time is the lightest of breath, the wind on your face, the covering of His Presence, the cloak of His grace, and the how of how this happens?

The story you’re gonna tell?

It happened in the still.

It happened in the silent.

Yes it happened in the breaking.

And it happened in the very tiniest,

briefest,

‘how can this really lead to anything, Lord, don’t I need to do the BIG things?’

breath of right now.

In the end, it is as simple as this –

Give each moment He gives you,

for what it was given to you for.
