CALLED

I sense the Lord wanting me to talk to you today about calling.

Vocation.

And the work you are here to do which is not about you.

The work which is so beyond you and yet yes,

you are the vessel.

You are the voice.

Your yes is REQUIRED.

I believe that what I’m about to say is so critical, so non-negotiable, so unfathomably important, and yet so easy to disregard, diminish, override, or even flat out reject.

And that is this:

It is not up to you how you release what is in you.

It SHOULD not be.

Meaning,

you have choice.

For as long as you’re here on this earth, you have choice have the ability and authority to create your life your own way.

I’d suggest you go and learn what the hidden clauses in THAT particular agreement are mind you! But yes. You can choose.

That being said, if you are a disciple of Jesus; you have given your life to Him and also understand and are actively on journey of yielding to Him, you should by now be at least starting to realise that that means you SURRENDERED YOUR WILL AND WAY.

This is an ongoing thing. You are not, will be, a ‘God robot’. You’re made in His image, you are a CREATOR, and at any point you can choose to grab your own and old life back into your own hands, WITH THE ENSUING COSTS AND CONSEQUENCES.

Meanwhile,

assuming you DON’T want to do that, and your desire is to live yielded, to walk forward in your true path of destiny, to be and become all that God designed you to be …

It is not up to you anymore how to release what He gives you.

It is not up to you to be in charge of making it work.

And it is certainly not up to you to fit the formula of any particular niche or people group you may consider yourself part of, or wanting to be part of.

You are CO-CREATING with God, but He’s the one in the drivers seat. He’s the one leading. He’s the one whose decree you are given to issue! And He is the one who puts what is meant to come out of you in there in the first place, ALSO,

the blueprint for how and when and to whom it should come out.

While at times He will directly tell you “you decide”, and very often your own desires, ideas, imagination, are a way His thoughts and plans for you are revealed, it all STARTS with Him, ENDS with Him, is OF Him, and is also to and through and for Him!

In fact you live and move and breathe and have true being IN Him!

Anything else is dead life walking.

Which means that daily,

sometimes even moment by moment,

you need to actively choose to drop IN with Him.

Surrender once MORE to Him.

Wait to HEAR from Him.

Catch His beat and start to RECEIVE from Him.

And THEN,

as it bubbles.
As it rises.
As it BUILDS.

The thing is shown.
The way is shown.
The yes is shown.
And your surrendered will meets with Him,
to release His word.

This takes discipline (to get out of you and yield once more). It takes diligence. It takes persistence. It takes habit. And it also takes of course an expectation planted in faith that this is the right and in fact only way you would want to live!

What it does NOT take however,

is any more of your own reason, assumption, understanding, or fear or ambition driven performance to do the things you previously or even now thought are ‘required’ in order for you to get some place.

In a very literal sense for many of us, this means:

Quit thinking of your Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / LinkedIn / Substack / email list / wherever as YOURS.

Quit thinking you know ANYTHING about how it should be / look / sound, what the ideal approach or strategy is, or giving ANY concern to ‘what’s working right now’ and how you can take the supernatural and limitless thing God has given you and tell it to dance monkey, dance, for more peanuts on the street corner of the internet like the rest of the world.

And quit thinking there is ANY natural wisdom needed to take care of your income, the impact your work has, or indeed anything at ALL which you need, require, or desire, because in doing so you could COMPLETELY miss the fact that GOD ALREADY GAVE YOU RULERSHIP WHEREVER HE GRACED YOU, AND HE WILL PROVIDE THE PATH, THE HOW, AND THE PROVISION OF EVERY KIND.

All of this means:

Blinders on.

TODAY, go and delete or unfollow everybody who is causing you to think you need to conform or be consistent to ANYTHING other than the call of the Lord.

He said:

“The voice and vessel of the Lord is not concerned with when or how.

The voice and vessel of the Lord is not consistent to the people.

Your response is to be to me!”

All of this takes ABSOLUTE commitment to not move a muscle or drop a word which didn’t originate from God, and also to not take what DID and make it dance for the people.

But in actual fact the whole thing is EASY.

Simply: refuse to press play, pass ‘Go’, collected $200, or do anything at all ’til you do catch that beat of Jesus, and know that you will!

That’s just habit baby. And we can do that 😉

Now think about this:

Isn’t the whole point that you want a supernatural life enacted through you here in THIS realm?

Isn’t the whole THING that you want to know you’re living fully on purpose, breath by breath and moment by moment by the Lord?

Isn’t everything you’ve been trying to GET to a quest to finally rest, flow, just BE, stuff all the rules and shoulds and hows?

And isn’t all of that already FULLY PRESENT AND PROVIDED FOR IN HIM?

My love, the Lord of Lords, the King of Kings, Yahweh, JESUS, is calling His warrior daughters to RISE, and to let forth their roar.

Don’t you hear it?

Don’t you feel it COMING?

Don’t you sense the groundswell beneath you?

Are you going to wait to be carried forward and part of what He is doing right now, to be a voice to nations, to kings, to governors, and to ask for and RECEIVE nations like He promised you?

Or will you be too busy on the wayside trying to build a little tower of death that the world calls success and the right way?

WARRIOR DAUGHTER THE TIME IS NOW.

The time to put down whatever you’ve been carrying or fussing with is NOW.

The time to relinquish you is NOW.

The battle cry is for NOW.

The clarion call is for NOW.

And the sound is clear.

Hurry! Hurry! Hurry!

At a sooner than you think point there will be no time left to change your mind.

THIS IS NOT A DRESS REHEARSAL.

And the time is now.
