THE PLACE WHERE YOU FINALLY LEAVE YOU

God's Word

You were made to be a walking revival, an activation by and expression of the Lord.

Your voice is one He GAVE you, a missive and a choice.

Every day you have the option, do I lean in yes or no? Do I surrender my way and will to Him, or do I really gotta go?

Gotta go do all my things, become who I thought I would –

Endlessly run and push, because by now I really should,
have got there.

There?

The place I thought I’d be.

The place I’m mean to be.

The place I’m finally free and BEING,

the oh so real me.

Gorgeous –

Do you see it? I’m speaking, as always, to both of us.

Do you see it, what we do?

We say we surrender, we yearn to submit, we long to be in the reflection of Jesus, our very breath a praise to Him and our life a worship, and yet –

Another day.
Another moment.
Another month.
Pieces of your life.
Adding up.
And so easily given,
to the endless pursuit of being,

there.

Did you catch it yet? Will you keep it now?

He has made you already there.

He has finished the work.

The only striving you are now called to is to put down the YOU things, and enter into His rest! (Heb. 4:11).

Yours is no longer to fight to be, but to breathe in the fact that He MADE you free, and from that … from that … FROM that …

we have this.

The place where you already ARE there, and now?

There is work to be done.

KINGDOM,
business to be about.

You, you have a ministry.

You, you have a missive.

You, you’ve been given a voice.

Woman you, you were made to roar!

You’re a walking revival of the Lord, an endless torrent which He outpours, the overflow and voice of Jesus, here to command and shift the atmosphere for His purposes.

And yet WHERE ARE WE?

Where are we?!

Well I know where I’ve been, a lot of the time.

Timid.
Scared.
Cautious.

And listening to that ole voice of condemnation that maybe I’m just trying to make it all about me again.

That ‘that’s’ not holy. Righteous.

That I need to actively demonstrate, every step or move tense to determine, that I’m not in it for money or fame or status no more, oh I put DOWN self-sufficiency now watch me SIT ON MY HANDS IN CASE I’M GETTING IT WRONG.

Gorgeous. My love. My SISTER. In Christ.

This is not what He made us for.

He made us to roar.

He made us to be trained and become adept in weaponry He gives us.

He made us to walk forward in and by and through and to and for Him, into the mantle He prepared for us.

He has anointed and commissioned us this very day for something.

YES TODAY, THE DAY WE CALL TODAY.

What is it, you wonder?

What is it? How to be sure?!

GORGEOUS –

You’ll only find all of it and the precise strategy for what to do with it in the place where you finally leave behind YOU,

and go into Him.

Don’t you see?

He made you as a messenger.

He’s given you a voice.

Your message is your MINISTRY.

And now you have a choice.

To linger in uncertainty,

worry and so much doubt,

turning in endless circles,

while Satan’s plan for you plays out?

Or to enter into HIM,

the place where you already are

holy righteous and WHOLE

BECAUSE HE SAYS YOU ARE.

Ya know?

I mean really,

What else were you thinking to do?

NOW JUST DON’T FORGET –

Life is Now. Press Play.

Kat

PS.

Gorgeous one.

OH MY GOODNESS.

This morning I woke up. (I do most days).

And I had a phrase on my lips which God was speaking into me last night.

“Your message is your ministry!”

He had been talking to me all day about getting past the whole ‘do I / don’t I / who even am I now?’ thing I have REALLY had going on for a minute.

And reminding me – “it’s not about you! Quit obsessing over whether or not you’re trying to chase money and growth and just be obedient to be my voice! YOUR MESSAGE IS YOUR MINISTRY!”

Then?

I woke up and He had me write you this.

Your message is your ministry.

Your missive is your voice.

BRAND NEW.
30 day one.
We start next week!

Your message is your ministry. Your missive is your voice.

A new 30-day container, Holy Spirit led & with Katrina Ruth, to daily make a choice to release what He has given you to carry.

LET’S DO THIS THING.

It’s only what you came here for 😉

  1. The idea of ‘entering into His rest’ is so powerful! It’s hard to trust that He’s already finished the work, but once we do, it frees us up to focus on the Kingdom work we’re called to.

  2. Wow, I needed this perspective shift today. The idea that we’re called to put down the ‘you things’ and walk in the rest He’s already provided is so freeing—and honestly, a little confronting in the best way.

  3. This really challenged my tendency to keep pushing for ‘more’ when, like you said, God’s already done the work. It’s such a powerful shift to think about resting in what *already is* instead of chasing what I think should be.

  4. It’s so easy to get caught up in the pursuit of ‘there’—the perfect version of ourselves. This post is a great reminder that we don’t need to chase after what God has already given us. Resting in His finished work is so freeing.

  5. I love how you reframed rest as an act of faith. Letting go of ‘my way’ to step into His purpose is a powerful reminder I needed today.

  6. This really hits home – the tension between striving in our own strength versus resting in His finished work. I love how you described us as “walking revivals” while also calling out our tendency to sit on our hands out of fear. It’s such a paradox that we can be both commissioned for bold Kingdom work and yet paralyzed by wondering if we’re making it about ourselves. Thank you for the reminder that our message truly is our ministry, and stepping into that calling is an act of obedience, not ego.

  7. This really hit home — especially the part about how we chase ‘there’ like it’s somewhere we haven’t arrived yet, when in truth, God already placed us there. Learning to live from His rest instead of striving has been a game changer in my walk.

  8. This really spoke to my heart today – I’ve been so caught up in trying to ‘get there’ that I forgot He’s already brought me there, and now I can just breathe and step into what He’s calling me to do from that place of rest.

  9. This really hit me — especially the reminder that the only striving we’re called to now is to enter His rest. It’s so easy to get caught up in chasing ‘there’ when He’s already placed us right where He needs us.

  15. This really hit me—how often we chase after some version of ‘there,’ forgetting that in Christ, we already are. The reminder that the only striving left is to lay down our own will and step into His rest feels both freeing and challenging. It makes me think about how much energy I could redirect toward Kingdom work if I stopped running after my own version of arrival.

  19. I love how you highlight the tension between striving and surrender — that constant pull to ‘get there’ even though God has already placed us in His rest. It’s such a needed reminder that the real work begins once we stop trying to manufacture our own becoming and actually live from the freedom He’s already given. This really reframed how I think about obedience as overflow rather than effort.

  20. This piece beautifully captures the struggle of surrendering to God’s will. It’s a reminder that sometimes we overcomplicate our journey when He has already paved the way for us.
