You’re going to find it extremely difficult to move forward in Kingdom work and on your right assignment and destiny path if you can’t get behind the basic facts of what Jesus has already done for you.
Let’s make this one super simple from the get go. When He said …
Surely I will bless and multiply you (Hebrews 6:14)
That He gives you the power to make wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18)
That He will give you the desires of your heart if you delight in Him (delight here means be soft, willing, mouldable!) (Psalm 37:4)
That by His stripes you ARE healed (Isaiah 53:5)
That He is doing a new thing in you, and you need to literally FORGET the former (Isaiah 43:18-19)
That you should BUG Him about His promises til you see them fulfilled (Isaiah 43:21)
That His arm has not been shortened and He will do what He said (Numbers 11:23)
That His word NEVER returns void (Isaiah 55:11)
That the way of the righteous is PROSPEROUS AND BLESSED (Psalms 1)
And the entire rest of the Bible all of which is a revelation of JESUS and what He already DID and IS STILL DOING for you.
Well?
He meant what He said.
Meaning?
When He said He will bless and multiply you … and I know this is a head-scratcher to decipher … what He meant was … He will bless and multiply you.
“Oh, but I don’t think I’ve done enough and I’m not really holy enough and I’m definitely not on track enough, and besides, there is SO much I still need to figure out, make right, make up for, catch up with, or just get clear on because I don’t even know if God WANTS me to be > insert whatever you’ve decided in your life somehow orbits the word of God instead of being beholden to it <“
So you toss and you turn, and you dither and go hither, and you bemoan and worry because, well, what if He DOESN’T want you to have whatever it is you desperately long for?
What if He doesn’t even want you to be in true provision yet, because – aha! – it’s a WILDERNESS season, and He wants you to prove your willingness to walk by faith, and besides … besides … besides … you can handle it. Make do. Survive. You’re CAPABLE and it’s OKAY if God wants you to make do right now.
Ding ding ding ding, does anybody else hear the death toll of SELF SUFFICIENCY again?!
Look –
if the Holy Spirit has led you into a wilderness season, if the vibe right now is daily bread and you’re not yet in the Promised Land bit, lemme just remind you that THE PROMISES OF GOD ARE NOT EXCLUSIONARY OF THIS.
Meaning,
you will STILL be blessed. Fruitful. Taken care of. And KNOW it. If you look to God in that place.
Your EXPERIENCE will not be one of making do. Of bondage. Of striving. Of ‘having what it takes’ to ‘tough it out’.
Your experience will be supernatural provision, protection, blessings, and the favour of the Lord all around.
So either way,
whether we’re talking literal overflow now
or we’re in a daily bread vibe
you will KNOW that you are blessed (if you look to God instead of at your circumstances)
you will EXPERIENCE this
and you will (one hopes!) ALLOW Him to guide you with certainty through, and into the new place.
The whole thing about which of God’s blessings apply to you as His child is … ALL of them. Ephesians 1:3. And every written promise which is ‘for His people’ / ‘for the righteous’, as opposed to for a specific individual, ALSO applies to you.
If you are saved, you are the righteous.
You are the beneficiary.
You are the reward of Jesus, you are HIS inheritance, and you also HAVE the full inheritance of His Kingdom!
Lemme ask you:
Are you standing up straight right now like you know you’re the walking reward of Jesus?
Does it look that way?
Or are you cowering in fear, doubt, uncertainty, and ‘maybe I don’t get to have / do / be’ because you’re still buying the lie that you aren’t worthy or that it’s ON you to make it happen or get there?
The truth is that if you know God has placed a big call on your life, and you desire to live in that call, at some point you’re going to have to get okay with the basics.
You are blessed.
He wants to multiply you.
You are healed and whole.
You have the ability to command the atmosphere in whatever region He has placed you.
He will show you this region, and all things, as you seek Him and spend time with Him.
Your EVERY need and also sanctified DESIRE is given and met according to riches in glory.
Etc.
Etc.
Etc.
If you can’t accept this stuff, and release your faith around it by speaking your agreement with it and calling it into being (Romans 4:17) …
you’re going to find yourself on repeat facing the same stuff He already equipped you to deal with before you even got here, and you WON’T MOVE INTO YOUR PROMISED LAND.
Just like the Israelites, your unbelief will keep you out.
But here’s what so many people don’t even talk about at all. Which is around how faith is actually released. Because we know that ALL these things are given us in this realm through faith. It’s written over to us because we believe God. (Romans 4:3). It’s that simple! And without faith, we can’t please God (Hebrews 4:11), and also we will not SEE what is already GIVEN! (Hebrews 11:1).
YOU have to get hold of the Kingdom.
YOU have to declare and decree and prophesy inline with the Word of God over your life.
YOU have to INSIST God’s word come to pass in your life.
YOU have to go to war against satan and his demons, who are working their butts off to block God’s flow coming into your life, and to PERSUADE you against Him!
You have to RELEASE the Word of God through your voice, for it to come to pass!
Why it is that so many people think the Christian life is about sitting around, praying or reading the Bible or going to church here and there, but basically passively waiting for God to do things ‘in His timing’ is beyond me.
HIS timing will prevail WHEN YOU RELEASE AND AGREE WITH HIS WORD.
His timing is not a get out of being on the frontlines card for you to sit on YOUR butt in a cesspool of apathy and hopelessness which the devil LOVES to see!
You have to get up DAILY and bind satan and his army.
You have to DESTROY with the tools God has given you the attacks of the enemy.
And you have to RELEASE the living breathing Word of God and put a DEMAND on it coming to pass in your life because if God SAID it He GAVE it but the reigns / keys / access code on this earth is YOU babe!
It’s you.
Part of all of this is you’re going to need to get behind the fact that the Father loves you dearly. That Jesus gave His life for you PERSONALLY. That you are chosen. Cherished. Treasured. DAUGHTER. Or SON.
And as such …
He is for you and wants in EVERY way for your soul to prosper. (3 John 1:2).
If you can get behind all of this.
Repent for unbelief and then state and decree and YES it.
Then maybe,
just maybe,
by which I mean DEFINITELY,
you can start to dance with joy into the bit where you find yourself on KINGDOM assignment on the daily, and it’s about so much more than just your lil life.
Now here’s a thinker for you:
When you’re on Kingdom assignment, armed, equipped, favoured, for the Lord, do you reckon you’ll be worrying about the minutia of your day and how you’re paying your way?
Or can you imagine it would be the last thing on your mind because you’re on your Father’s business and you KNOW your needs and right wants are met?
Yeah, so why don’t you just go to that last bit now?
