Your voice still matters.

The movement which is in you is STILL meant to be.

The burning and rising, the swell within which JUST don’t quit –

Yeah it ain’t GOING to.

You can pull back as far as you want. Hem and haw and be in valid seasons of sitting quiet, waiting on what God is showing you, seeing true identity revealed, releasing that OH – ! It’s a lil different than what you thought, and STILL –

identity is identity babe.

You and me? Women like us? We’re the ones who were ALWAYS gonna,

unleash an outpouring
build the movement
pour out the things
go into the places where other people don’t WANT to, and also CAN’T.

Really it’s not UNLEASH an outpouring.

It’s be one.

But not just any.

It’s BE THE OUTPOURING YOU CAME HERE TO BE.

Ya know?

And honestly … I know it feels SO big, and it IS big. Huge. The hugest! But also?

It’s only what you were born for 😉

And really is just a simple matter of then you said YES, but this time FULLY.

THEN SHE JUST DID!

It’s not just a catch cry.

As somebody who has ‘done the thing’. With the tens of millions made online. Dozens of books published. Thousands of blogs and livestreams. Been personal coach to the highest level women in the online coaching world for over 10 years now; privately mentored over 1000 of ’em, and many more men and women into the WAY bigger still biz space offline …

I can tell you I still face resistance daily.
I feel not good enough.
I don’t know how … even though I literally have to kick my own butt and remind myself who I am!

The truth is it doesn’t matter what we’ve done, what we’ve ‘proven’ to ourselves or others. Meaning it doesn’t matter if you did or did NOT yet, you STILL can just let today be the day you decide.

For any and all the things I waited years to do, terrified I’d prove my biggest fear; that I was never really made for it after all, in the end when it happened?

It was never what people thought, or do think. It was never because I was SO rock solid certain or on it all the time. It was ALWAYS a case of and then I just did.

But I’ll be honest with you –

It is an ONGOING thing to wake up and choose to be who I came here to be.

If somebody tells you they are always sure, always feel like it, always ready, always know how, always in a bubble of happy rainbow unicorn flow … check their human card because that gal is NOT one of us.

And it’s just not true.

Having coached the highest of high performers for years now, their secret is – they keep on choosing!

Not just choosing YES to who they know in their SPIRIT they are here to be … and believe me the feelings | mind | soul in general do not always get that …

but choosing also the LESS hard.

Think about it –

It is SO much harder to go to bed each night knowing that once again you failed to simply say YES.

The truth is your yes? It’s a line you simply CHOOSE over, and THEN YOU JUST DID.

All of which is to say …

You actually. Seriously. Genuinely. Could just make that today.

AND THEN SHE JUST DID.
