Where the river of the Lord is rising there IS life and there also must BE life. Meaning … there HAS to be life, life is going to occur, you literally can’t stop it, and also?
Anything which is not life is gonna be swept away. Bada-boom, bada-bing. To be accurate, it will be sent down to Sheol where it belongs. 1 Samuel 2:6
Got hit me with this, hit a group of us with this actually, at our women’s prayer meeting early one morning this week.
When I say women’s prayer meeting … I mean lain and strain at the altar in intermingling war, tears, sobbing, renewal, joy, all the things. #asitshouldbe
We’d been striking the ground. Pressing in. PUSHING, really, as God led.
And the rain? It began to fall. BIG time.
My 16 year old daughters head was on my shoulder and I was crying quietly, as I heard God say “you’re sitting in the living waters of answered prayer right now”.
(Side note: I know I have to do something on prayer and right declaration and decree over your household and kids. A live class or something. I know!)
The vision I saw, one of the visions, and God brought it back to me this morning to write about for you, as the reality of the living water which fills my home, my life, my being.
How it began to lap silently and quietly a few years ago. Little streams here and there. And bit by bit it began to rise, as I continued to align my life by and to God and in seeking His fresh mercies every day. In seeking and knowing Him and ever BECOMING by Him.

It is INEVITABLE that whatever is in your life, literally or otherwise, will be touched by the living waters of the Lord if you start living in it. If your actions and your outlook are Jesus centred that water is rising and whatever it touches will find life!
Your kids.
Your money.
Your business.
Your ministry.
Your CREATIVITY.
YOU.
I did NOTHING to transform my kids lives and the atmosphere of our home in God.
NOTHING except give God all of me and cry out with a desperate heart. Declare and state what He says, and believe by faith He’ll cause it!
But what I mean by nothing is I didn’t enforce devotional time. Prayer time. Bible time. Church. Or anything else much with them, because on the odd occasion I did it felt stale and forced.
The atmosphere changed within me through MY faith-led actions.
It spilled over into the house.
And it spilled over into them.
LIVING WATER TOUCHING AND BRINGING LIFE WHEREVER IT WENT.
This is your reminder, and mine, that what we try and make happen in what God has given us to steward, is wasted, forced, and only ever an awful counterfeit for the version where we simply agree with God and press in to Him FOR Him, knowing that in Him we’ll see what He says!
I’m applying the same for my business ‘comeback’, which I wanna tell you is NOT in fact a rebrand or comeback in that sense, but instead a return to AGREEMENT and to letting God unfold my assignment as a leader through me!
Just as He’s unfolded my assignment as a Mum through me, not by might, nor by power, but by His Spirit.
Please let it be this simple.
Please just give your LIFE.
It’s not that hard.
