One of the most powerful things you can do is write the story of how it DID happen.
“It” being the vision which God has put inside of you, all parts which you already see and all parts which you WILL see from doing this exercise, come to life.
The thing with being human is we tend to just keep on creating an extended version of what we already have.
Even when we have the greatest supernatural power and authority in us, we gotta watch out for this!
Really it’s just a lens.
You’re either looking through a lens of who and what you are, what you already have, and therefore, predictably, what you will continue to be and do and have,
or you’re looking through the lens of the NEW thing God has planted in you, and of who He says you are in Him coupled with what is already supernaturally arranged for you!
Your belief, and what you choose to see in that, will cause what you see in your physical reality to be.
Your words – spoken and thought – are a HUGE part of that. And often need to be retrained to match what it’s now time to see and believe!
When you take the time to SEE (and you know I mean without eyes!) the vision God has planted within you coming to fruition, you not only allow it to BE,
but you drop into a deeper and more certain faith,
and you also have particulars – of action or mindset or whichever revelation God wants to show you –
revealed.
In other words,
it’s extremely useful and just SMART to take time to vision!
So consider this your quick reminder to do EXACTLY that. To pull the stop cord on whichever train of life you’re hurtling along on right now and CHECK IN WITH THE DESTINATION.
The simple way?
Write the story of how it happened.
Get out of your own way when you do that, don’t limit through the lens of what YOU think is possible or have previously experienced.
And then?
Duh.
Do the freakin’ work.
