It’s okay to not have enough time, and still know you’re called to do the crazy big thing.
It’s okay to have no idea how, and still no you’re absolutely GONNA.
It’s okay to secretly or not-so-secretly want to hide from the fullness of the vision, maybe get a quiet little job in a quiet little bookstore in a quiet little town and just BE, but girl?
We all know you’d turn that bookstore into some kind of next level hub, training and equipping ground, there’d be a wine bar, a coffee shop, live OUTPOURINGS and flat out the best meet ups in the whole entire REGION, and then? You’d start teaching courses and writing books about how you did it all, followed by a quick little tour on the global speaking circuit.
It’s okay to simultaneously be a full body soul and Spirit-led YES on everything you know you’re called to, everything assigned for THIS season, everything which is you just being fully you and living your PURPOSE, and yet still be the messy one. The can’t get it together at times one. The questioning one. The one who promised herself once again she was gonna, and then she DIDN’T, because you know what?
Most of those promises are for stuff you never came here to do anyway.
Most of that mess is meant to just flow into the art.
Most of the ‘you not getting it together’ stuff is you holding yourself to a standard of being somebody you’ve never been and were never MEANT to be, and PS don’t actually want to be, yet SOMEWHERE along the way –
you bought into the idea that being the girl who dreams THAT big, and then watches it happen, requires you to first sort your entire life out, namely every bit by which you’ve judged yourself rather than simply thanked the Lord in heaven for how He made you and then got on with it the way it comes out for YOU.
Boy oh boy could I rant on this.
Boy oh boy could I grab my SELF by the scruff of the neck at times and just shake real hard, until all the nonsense falls outta me again and I realise it’s SO FREAKING EASY TO BE ME, the FULL all in me, the one who expects, dreams, has faith for, and puts a DEMAND on all of it all of it allllllll of it coming to fruition because it’s as simple as what God said and so it’s already DONE, and I just gotta walk forward!
